Whistle Blowing Channel

The Company provides communication channels for whistle blowing or complaints about corruption, or behaviors that may imply corruption of the Board of Directors, executives, employees, and related persons of the Company. The whistleblower or the complainant must specify the details of the whistleblowing or complaint as follows:

• The details of the whistle blowing or complaint.
• A list of people believed to be involved with reasons to believe.
• The date, time, place, and source of information that can lead to the evidence discovery for an investigation.
• Expected damage.
• Name, address, telephone number where you can be contacted.
